Honouring the 2024 work anniversaries at SCHMIDT Technology

Honouring the 2024 work anniversaries at SCHMIDT Technology Employees honoured for 10, 25 and 40 years of service. The high loyalty of the workforce was also evident this year: a total of nine employees were honoured for their many years of loyalty to the company. 40 years with the company Mr Frank Wiedle was honoured for an impressive 40 years with SCHMIDT Technology. In addition to the company's certificate of honour, he received congratulations and a certificate of honour from the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce. A special honour was the presentation of the certificate of honour from the state of Baden-Württemberg, personally signed by Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann 25 years with the company Three employees were honoured for a quarter of a century of service: Ms Mirjam Oertel, Mr Viktor Nickel, Mr Michael Ebinger and Mr Heinrich Besch. As a thank you, they each received an engraved wristwatch, certificates from the company and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as well as thanks and a gift from Mayor Rieger. 10 years with the company Mr Ansgar Hoffkamp, Ms Sabrina Borho, Ms Julia Nock and Ms Ann-Kathrin Strasser were honoured for ten years with the company. Our thanks SCHMIDT Technology thanked all those celebrating anniversaries for their loyalty and tireless commitment over the years. Together, we look forward to the challenges ahead and look forward to mastering these together with our dedicated workforce.

Honouring long-serving employees on their work anniversaries in 2023

Thanks for many years of loyalty On the 23rd of November 2023, SCHMIDT Technology GmbH honoured long-standing employees for their loyalty to the company and their reliable work. The employees celebrating 25 years of service are Lars Hackenjos, Dr Peter Haisch, Jochen Behnke, Raffaele Raimondo, Adam Hergert, Sonja Abend, Tatjana Hoffer, Hans-Peter Kaspar, Nelli Völker and Thomas Axmann. Albert Levin, Ingmar Engesser, Karsten Seckel and Süleyman Gül were honoured for 10 years of service. Elke Obergfell and Dr Christine Rager from the subsidiary STS were also honoured for 25 years of loyal service. Mayor Michael Rieger and Wolf-Dieter Bauer from the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce enriched the evening with their words of welcome. Mr Bauer also presented the IHK's certificates of honour for 25 years of service. The local newspaper Schwarzwaelder Bote and the Suedkurier reported on the festive evening.

Employees honoured 2022 at SCHMIDT Technology

Work anniversary ceremony 2022 at SCHMIDT Technology Employees honoured for 10, 25 and 40 years of service. After a two-year break, a joint long-service award ceremony was finally held again in the usual festive setting at SCHMIDT Technology. Also guests were District Administrator Mr. Sven Hinterseh, Mr. Hansjörg Staiger as representative of the mayor of the city of Sankt Georgen and Mr. Philipp Hilsenbek, representing the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg. The fact that SCHMIDT Technology has a loyal workforce is shown again this year with a total of 10 honoured employees. Mr Ralf Spitz was honoured for 40 years of service at SCHMIDT Technology. In addition to the company's certificate of honour, he received congratulations and a certificate of honour from the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce. As a special award, he also received the certificate of honour of the state of Baden-Württemberg for 40 years of employment, personally signed by Minister President Winfried Kretschmann, handed over by District Administrator Sven Hinterseh. Three employees were congratulated on 25 years of proud service. As a souvenir and thank you, they all received an engraved wristwatch in addition to certificates from the company and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The employees with 25 years of service are Mr. Jens Otto, Mr. Viktor Krieger and Mr. Martin Dold. Mr Martin Imminger, Mr Thomas Ruf, Mr Markus Oberrauter, Mr Shkelqim Selmani, Mr Tobias Götz and Ms Natalie Mathis were honoured for 10 years of service. SCHMIDT Technology expressed its gratitude to all honoured employees for their loyal and faithful work over the many years. It is confident that the upcoming challenges will be overcome well together with all employees of the company.
